Special thanks to Mr. Nick Spyros of “Nick’s Restaurant” (across the street) for providing refrigeration for the “Pascha Bread Project”. Without Nick’s help this project would have been even more difficult. Sales of Pascha bread, poppy seed, nut and apricot rolls have been overwhelming AND EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION.
