The new 20-quart mixer and convection oven should be delivered soon. The total cost is approximately $4,500.00. Thanks again to The Guild for their substantial donation of $4,500.00 toward this project.
Also, new electrical wiring will be installed concurrently to handle the demand from the new kitchen equipment. The cost of approximately $1000.00 will come from the Capital and Improvement and Repair Fund (CIRF). Many thanks to our contractor for their discount of $200.00.
